Do you have any “digital assets”? If you use Facebook or LinkedIn or other social media, if you have purchased electronic books (Kindle) or music (iTunes), if you bank or shop or pay your bills online – then yes, you have digital assets! And if you don’t include these assets in your estate planning, you could be leaving your family and/or executor with a huge struggle.
